Yogurt fresh are sweet and cooling in nature. And balances Vata and Pitta.

Note: As parfait recipe has more then 4-5 items, whose nature is such that each as effects doshas in their own way, in turn balances all three.

Ingredients:

1. Amaranth puff: 3 Tbsp
2. Sunflower seeds: 1 tbsp
3. Flax seeds- 1 tbsp
4. Honey-1 tsp
5. Unsweetend raw cocoa powder: 1 tsp
6. Cashwes and Almonds-2-3 pieces
7. Pomegranate- 3 tbsp

Recipe:
Roast amaranth puff very well. Mix seeds, honey and cocoa powder in yogurt in a small glass. Keep it in fridge to chill overnight
In the morning, on top of the yogurt put amaranth puff layer.
Make another layer of pomegranate, nuts and sprinkle cocoa powder.
