Whole wheat veg totilla with tomato salsa

1/2 cup kidney beans (rajma)
1 cup chopped bell peppers, onion, tomato and Baby corn
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Mexican seasoning
Amul cheese cube-one
1/3 cup wheat and 1/3 cup semolina
2 tomatoes for@tomato salsa
1. Boil kidney beans and strain the water
2. In a pan put oil, stir fry veggies and kidney beans. Add salt and Mexican seasoning
3. Shred cheese on top and bake it in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Just enough to melt the cheese
4. For wheat tortilla knead wheat and semolina flour in water.
5. Use rolling pin to make thin flat breads
6. Cook the flat breads slightly in a pan both sides
7. Fill beans and veggies in the tortilla
Tomato Salsa
1. Roast two tomatoes in flame
2. Mash the tomatoes
3. Add chopped onion, garlic, coriander and green chilly
4. Add salt@and mix well
